Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 11, 2026
Introduction:
These Terms and Conditions explain how LiveTempMail and LiveTempMail PREMIUM may be used through livetempmail.com. If you use the website, create a temporary inbox, browse any part of the service, or subscribe to a paid plan, these Terms apply to you.
LIVETEMPMAIL is operated by WEBCONIC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, Jauharabad, 41200, Pakistan. Please read this page carefully before using the service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website.
When we say “LiveTempMail,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean the website and the company behind it. When we say “you,” we mean any visitor, user, or subscriber using the service.
These Terms apply to both the free version of LIVETEMPMAIL and the paid version offered as LiveTempMail PREMIUM.
LiveTempMail is a temporary email service. It lets users generate disposable email addresses and receive incoming messages for short-term use. People often use services like this to avoid spam, keep a personal inbox clean, test a sign-up flow, or use an address once without connecting it to a long-term account.
That is what the service is built for: short-term use, convenience, and flexibility.
It is not built to work like a permanent email provider. It is not a business communication platform, a long-term archive, or a secure document vault. If you need guaranteed message history, dependable long-term storage, or a private email account for important records, you should use a permanent email provider instead.
By using LIVETEMPMAIL, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, team, or organization, you also confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
If we update this page later and you continue using the website after the updated version is posted, that continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
You may use LiveTempMail only if doing so is lawful where you live and where you access the site. By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal ability to enter into this agreement.
If you are below the age required to form a binding agreement in your country or region, you should use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for making sure that your use of temporary email services follows the rules and laws that apply to you.
This service is temporary by design. That is the basic idea behind it, and it matters.
A mailbox created through LiveTempMail may stop working, be cleared, be removed, or simply expire. A domain that is available today may not be available later. An email may arrive late, and sometimes it may not arrive at all. A message that was visible earlier may no longer be there later.
That does not always mean something is broken. In many cases, that is simply how disposable email works.
Because of that, you should not use LiveTempMail for anything that depends on guaranteed delivery, long-term access, or permanent storage. If a message is important enough that losing it would create a legal, financial, professional, or personal problem, it should not be left in a temporary inbox.
We try to keep LiveTempMail available and working properly, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The site or parts of the service may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, server issues, software changes, hosting problems, traffic spikes, abuse controls, or third-party failures.
Email delivery can also be affected by outside factors. Some websites block temporary email domains. Some senders filter or reject messages sent to disposable addresses. Because of that, we cannot promise that every message sent to a LiveTempMail address will be received, stored, or displayed.
We may also change, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service whenever needed for technical, legal, operational, or security reasons.
Messages received through LiveTempMail are temporary. They may be deleted automatically after some time, removed because of storage limits, or cleared as part of maintenance, cleanup, abuse prevention, or system changes.
Once a message is deleted, it may not be possible to recover it. In most cases, you should assume that deleted emails are permanently gone.
For that reason, you should not use LiveTempMail to store anything sensitive, valuable, or time-critical. This includes identity documents, legal notices, contracts, medical details, financial records, password reset emails you may need later, or business information that must be kept.
If you decide to use a temporary inbox for something important anyway, you accept the risk that the message may not remain available.
We expect the service to be used in a lawful and reasonable way.
You must not use LiveTempMail for fraud, spam, phishing, malware, harassment, impersonation, scams, or other abusive or unlawful activity. You must not use the platform to mislead others, interfere with online systems, or break rules in a way that violates the law or another person’s rights.
You also must not try to disrupt the service itself. That includes overloading the website, scraping data without permission, using unauthorized automation, interfering with other users, or trying to access parts of the platform you are not supposed to access.
A temporary email service can be useful, but it is not a tool for abuse. If we believe the platform is being misused, we may restrict or remove access without notice.
A disposable inbox should not be treated the same way as a secure private mailbox.
You should not use LiveTempMail for highly confidential or high-risk information. If the loss, exposure, delay, or removal of a message could seriously harm you or someone else, that message should not be sent through a temporary email address.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle service-related information, but the practical point is simple: LiveTempMail is a convenience tool, not a secure long-term communication platform.
LiveTempMail should be used only through our official website and any interfaces we directly provide.
We are not responsible for unofficial mirrors, copied versions of the website, fake apps, altered tools, or third-party services that claim to provide LiveTempMail outside our control. If you choose to use an unofficial version, you do so at your own risk.
The free version of LiveTempMail is available without charge. It may include temporary inbox creation, access to selected domains, receiving incoming messages, and notifications where supported.
Free access may come with limits. Those limits can relate to storage, inbox history, refresh rate, message retention, domain access, or general availability. These limits may change over time as we improve the service, adjust technical resources, or respond to abuse.
Use of the free service does not create a right to guaranteed uptime, permanent access, or individual support.
LiveTempMail PREMIUM is the paid version of the service. Depending on the plan, it may include extra mailboxes, premium domains, more storage, fewer ads, and faster support.
Premium access lasts only while the subscription is active. A subscription gives you access to the features included in your current plan during the paid period, but it does not give you ownership of the service, any domain, or the infrastructure behind the platform.
As the service changes, premium features may also change. We may improve them, reorganize them, rename them, remove them, or include them in different plans later on.
Based on the plan details currently provided, LiveTempMail PREMIUM includes these prices:
Monthly Plans
$5.99 per month
$9.99 per month (Pro)
Yearly Plans
$29.98 per year
$49.99 per year (Pro)
The price shown at checkout or in your billing page at the time of purchase will apply. Taxes, currency conversion charges, bank fees, or payment processor fees may also apply depending on your location and payment method.
We may update prices, plan names, or plan structure in the future.
Payments for LiveTempMail PREMIUM are processed through Paddle. Depending on what is available at the time of purchase, you may be able to pay by card, PayPal, or another supported payment method.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the relevant payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription you selected and for any renewal charges that apply.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails, we may suspend or cancel premium access until the issue is resolved. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by banks, payment processors, fraud checks, or other third-party payment systems.
Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Monthly plans renew monthly, and yearly plans renew yearly.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal if you do not want it to continue. You can usually do this through your account settings or the billing interface made available to you.
If you cancel, your premium access will normally continue until the end of the paid period, unless access is removed earlier because of misuse, fraud, payment reversal, legal requirements, or a serious violation of these Terms.
Unless the law requires otherwise, purchases are final. We do not usually offer refunds for unused time, missed cancellations, delivery failures outside our control, blocked domains, or changes in personal preference after purchase.
We may change prices, plan names, billing structures, or included features in the future. If a price change affects existing subscribers, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users before it takes effect.
If you do not agree with a new price, you may cancel before the next renewal date.
Sometimes we may mention ideas, possible upgrades, or features we plan to add later. Those references are not guarantees. You should subscribe based on what the service offers at the time you buy it, not on what may or may not be added later.
All content and materials connected with LiveTempMail, including the website design, logos, branding, software, layout, written content, graphics, and other site elements, are owned by us or licensed to us unless stated otherwise.
Your use of the service gives you a limited right to access and use the site for its intended purpose. It does not give you permission to copy, republish, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the service unless we clearly allow it in writing or the law says you may do so.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to LiveTempMail if we believe a user has violated these Terms, used the platform unlawfully, created risk for the service, failed to complete payment, or engaged in abusive, harmful, or disruptive conduct.
We may also remove inboxes, delete messages, block domains, or limit features when necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to complaints, comply with legal obligations, protect infrastructure, or prevent misuse.
If access is removed because of a violation of these Terms, we are not required to compensate you for unused subscription time unless the law requires otherwise.
Parts of LiveTempMail rely on third-party providers. These may include hosting companies, payment processors, analytics tools, security systems, and other infrastructure partners.
We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, errors, or decisions made by those third parties. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
If our website links to an external service, that link is provided for convenience. It does not mean that we control or endorse every part of that third-party platform.
LiveTempMail is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, that every message will be delivered, that inboxes will remain active for a certain period, or that the service will meet every particular need you may have.
Where the law allows, we disclaim warranties of availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Using a temporary email service always comes with limits, and by using LIVETEMPMAIL, you accept those limits.
Where the law allows, LiveTempMail, WEBCONIC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
This includes things like lost emails, lost data, interrupted service, lost business opportunities, lost revenue, or reputational harm.
If liability is imposed on us despite these Terms, our total liability for claims related to LiveTempMail PREMIUM will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the issue arose. If you only used the free version, liability will be limited to the minimum amount required by applicable law, if any.
Some places do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so this section may not apply in full to every user.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiveTempMail, WEBCONIC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
This obligation continues even after your use of the service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. We may also provide notice through the website or by other reasonable means.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms as they appear on the website. If you continue using LiveTempMail after an updated version takes effect, that means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to LiveTempMail, LiveTempMail PREMIUM, or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If one part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still remain in effect.
If we do not immediately enforce a provision, that does not mean we have waived it.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies clearly incorporated by reference, form the full agreement between you and LiveTempMail regarding your use of the service.
